摘要
利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对改良掖单 19( 80 0 1× 52 10 6)、原掖单 19( 4 78×52 10 6)及亲本 80 0 1、 4 78、 52 10 6种子清蛋白 (Albumin)进行了研究。改良掖单 19共分离出 18条清蛋白谱带 ,除了 7条是双亲都有的公共带外 ,其余 11条是分别来自于双亲的互补带 ,其中4条来自 80 0 1,7条来自 52 10 6,没有新生带的产生 ,在A区和B区表现双亲共显性 ,在C区表现偏父类型 ;原掖单 19共分离出 16条清蛋白谱带 ,比改良掖单 19少两条 ,在谱带分布上也存在明显差别。改良掖单 19与原掖单 19的清蛋白谱带彼此不能相互替代。
The research has been made on seed's albumin of modified Yiedan 19(8001×52106),Yiedan19(478×52106)and their parents 8001,478,52106 by improved polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) The results were as follows:18 pieces of bands were in both of its parents,the rest were complementary type of the different bands of parents no other new bands presented.The bands were codominacance of parents in A B zones,but expressed patroclial form in C zone.16 pieces of bands were derieved from Yiedan 19 There were significant differences not only in the number of bands but also in band distribution.Therefore,the bands of modified Yiedan 19 and Yiedan 19 can not be replaced.
