光照强度对狐臭柴植株生长及叶片生理生化指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采用人工设施栽培,研究了透光率为100%、20%~25%、8%~10%三种光照强度下狐臭柴植株生长及叶片部分生理生化指标的动态变化。结果表明:适度遮光有利于狐臭柴植株营养器官的生长和叶片叶绿素的生物合成;较强光照可提高植株分枝数和叶片数,并可促进叶片中果胶的形成以及生长前期、中期叶片中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的积累。 The dynamic changes of plant growth and leaves physiological and biochemical indexes of Premna puberula Pamp. were studied under the conditions of three light intensity of 100%, 20% to 25% and 8% to 10% respectively, with the cultivation of artificial facilities. The results show that the moderate shading were conducive to the growth of organs and the biosynthesis of chlorophyll in leaves of P puberula; and the stronger light increased the branching numbers and leaf numbers of plants, and also could contribute to pectin formation and soluble sugar and soluble protein accumulation in leaves in early-term and mid-term of plants growth.
