摘要
杉木精油在杉木体内的分布(化学成分与含量)是随原料产地、树源品种及其部位、提取条件与方法不同而不同。通过气质联用,分离出36个色谱峰,共鉴定出23种化合物的吸收特征峰,占该精油总量的90.758%,杉木心材精油主要成分为柏木醇,含量高达67.355%,这与前人的研究结果一致。
The distribution of chemical components and their contents of essential oil in China fir changes with origin place, tree strains and types, organs of China fir, extracting and purifying methods and conditions. The gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method was used to analyze the chemical components of essential oil in heartwood of China fir, 36 types of compounds were separated out, and their chemical structures for 23 types of them were determined and their contents possessed 90.758% of the total mass of essential oil in heartwood of China fir. Cedrol, which accounted for 67.355% of the total mass of essential oil, is one of major components of essential oil in he heartwood of China fir. The findings are agreeable with the results of other researchers.
