顶空/气质联用鉴别交趾黄檀与微凹黄檀 被引量:15

Identification of Dalbergia cochinchinenses and Dalbergia retusa by Headspace Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本研究从交趾黄檀与微凹黄檀的化学成份出发,采用顶空/气质联用法测定了这两种红木的可挥发性成份,通过对两材种中苯甲醛与肉桂醛相对含量分析,得出了一种区分交趾黄檀与微凹黄檀的新方法。研究结果表明:顶空进样器平衡温度是影响可挥发性成分检出种类及量的主要因素之一,可挥发性成分检出种类及量随平衡温度增高而增加;两材种可挥发性成份较多,均可达25种以上;苯甲醛与肉桂醛在微凹黄檀中相对含量之和可达总的可挥发性成分的72%~83%,而在胶趾黄檀中仅为32%~38%;苯甲醛与肉桂醛在微凹黄檀中的绝对含量之和是在交趾黄檀中的8.2~11.2倍,由此可将两材种进行有效鉴别和区分。该方法方便、快捷、绿色、环保,不仅可针对完整木材,对木粉同样适用,因而特别适合一些不能破坏的成品家具、工艺品的材种鉴别。 Abstraet: The volatile components of Dalbergia cochinchinenses and Dalbergia retusa were mensurated by Headspace/Gs Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. Through analyzing the relative content of benzaldehyde and 3-Phenyl-2-propenal of the two kinds of Hongmu, a new method was obtained to identify them. The testing results show that the equilibrium temperature of headspace sampler was one of the main factors that influenced the detection of volatile components and volatile substance species and the type and amount of volatile component detected were more and more with the increase of equilibrium temperature; The two wood species contained more than 25 kinds of volatile components; The sum of relative content of benzaldehyde and 3-Phenyl-2-propenal ranges reached 72%-83% of the total volatile component ofD. retusa, while that was only 32%-38% ofD. cochinchinenses; The total absolute content of benzaldehyde and 3-Phenyl-2-propenal in D. retusa was 8.2-11.2 times that in D. cochinchinenses; and then, the two wood species could be effectively identified and distinguished. This method is proved to be convenient, quick and environmental friendly, which is not only suitable to solid wood, also is applied to wood powders, so it can be used to identify wood species which should not be damaged in the least, such as furnitures and wood art-crafts.
