为进一步探索广西防雷事业长期发展思路,结合防雷减灾形势和实际环境,利用DEMATEL法、SWOT矩阵分析法系统分析其发展因素,建立SWOT矩阵,判断广西防雷事业以结合外部机会和内部优势的SO战略为主的战略地位,并提出相应发展战略要点。
