摘要 目的了解专科护士岗位资历与培养需求现状,为我国专科护士培养提供依据。方法自行设计专科护士岗位资历与培养需求问卷,对256名护理人员进行调查。结果51.95%人员认为申请专科护士应具有本科学历,37.89%认为最少工作年限为4年;56.25%认为培训机构应为高等院校与三甲专科医院相结合;43.75%认为认证机构为卫计委;对培养方向的需求依次为重症护理、急诊护理、糖尿病护理等。结论专科护士的发展应规范岗位资历、统一培养方式,健全管理体系,满足临床实际需求。 Objective To provide information for cultivation of specialty nurses by investigating their job qualifications and training demands. Methods A total of 256 nurses were investigated by using a self designed questionnaire in terms of their job qualifications and training demands. Results The respondents convinced that applicants of specialty nurse should possess bachelor degree (51.95% ) and at least 4 years work experience (37.89%);56.25% of them thought the training should be provided by the insti tutions of higher learning and the tertiary specialty hospitals; 43.75% of them believed the certification/license should be received from the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China. Nurses required training for intcn sive care, emergency care, and diabetes care, etc. Conclusion The development of specialty nurses requires standard job qualifica tions, unified training methods, and sound management system.
