自制口腔通气管在鼻腔术后患者中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨减少鼻腔术后双侧鼻腔填塞患者不适症状的有效方法。方法将166例鼻腔手术患者随机分为对照组86例,观察组80例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用自制的口腔通气管协助患者张口呼吸。结果两组患者手术后不适症状发生率和术后疼痛自评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论佩戴口腔通气管可减轻患者术后鼻腔填塞所致的不适症状。 Objective To explore effective methods for reducing discomfort in patients requiring bilateral nasal packing after nasal surgery. Methods A total of 166 patients undergoing nasal surgery were randomly assigned into a control group of 86 and an observation group of 80 receiving either conventional nursing care or a homemade plastic oral airway to assist breathing additionally. Resuits There were significant differences between the two groups in incidence rates of discomfort and pain scores (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion The use of a homemade plastic oral airway could effectively relieve patients'discomfort caused by bilateral nasal packing.
