道论是老子哲学最大的创新，纯粹之道的提出代表着老子哲学的高度，需要重新认识。为力求较为完整地诠释老子道论哲学体系，本文提出：道是根本存在，具有本体论意义；道是宇宙本源，道的宇宙论包括万物生存的过程、模式和具体化；道的本质是自然，自然是老子思想乃至整个中国哲学的核心范畴，老子的自然不能等同于自然事物、自然主义或自然规律；道具有辩证性，含有宏观和微观辩证环节，离开了辩证性，老子的道则不可能包罗多重含义和功能；道是有和无的统一，有和无是老子思想结构的纲领，自有观无和自无观有体现了老子认识论的原则。

Taoism is the greatest innovation of the philosophy of Laozi. The advance of pure theory of Tao- ism represented the height of the philosophy of Laozi, which we should re - recognize. The author tries his best to interpret the philosophical system of Taoism of Laozi completely. The paper points out that Taoism is funda- mental existence, and it has the significance of noumenon. Taoism is the origin of universe and the world out- look of Taoism includes the process, mould and concretion of existence of living things in the world. The es- sence of Taoism is nature, which is the core scope of the thought of Laozi, even the Whole Chinese philosophy. The nature of Laozi is not equal to the natural objects, naturalism or natural laws. Taoism has its dialectics in- cluding macro - and micro - dialectical links. Without dialectics Taoism of Laozi could not contain many conno- tations and functions. Taoism is the unity of ＂existence＂ and ＂doing nothing＂. The theory of existence and ＂doing nothing＂ is the guiding principle of thought structure of Laozi and also the principle of the epistemology of Laozi.
