高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，强化实践教学、创新实践育人是高职教育可持续发展的重中之重。本文针对民办院校高职毕业论文（设计）的现状和问题，对高职毕业论文（设计）提出改革和实践的多元化思考。

Higher vocational education is the important part of higher education. Strengthening the practi- cal teaching, and cultivating talents through innovation and practice is the top priority for sustainable develop- ment of higher vocational education. The theses （designs） play an important role to improve students＇ compre- hensive quality through practical teaching. Based on the present situation and problems of higher vocational gradua higher tion theses （designs）, the paper conducts some pluralistic reflections on the exploration and reform of vocational graduation theses （designs）.
