中西部地区新型城镇化发展战略选择研究

Research on the New Urbanization Strategies of the Midwest Areas of China

中西部新型城镇化发展战略选择是当前中国经济社会可持续发展的支撑条件,利用后发优势,吸取东部地区城镇化发展的经验教训,根据中西部资源、经济实际,解决传统城镇化所造成的问题,创造性地承担新时期经济社会发展的城镇化引擎。本研究重点研究了中西部地区新型城镇化发展战略选择的一般原理、历史演变与发展方向的基础性问题。并为战略选择提供建设政策建议。

Selection of the new urbanization strategies of the midwest areas of China is the condition sustaining the sustainable development of the current economy and society of China. The the midwest Areas of China should make use of the late-mover advantages, draw on the experiences and lessons of the urbanization of East China and solve the problems caused by the traditional urbanization according to the actual conditions of resources and economy of the middle and west areas and become an innovative urbanization engine in the economic and social development of the new era. Basic problems like the general principles, historical evolution and development direction in the selection of the new urbanization strategies of the midwest areas of China are focused in the research; besides, constructive policies and suggestions are proposed for the selection of strategies.
