摘要
推进"第二校园经历"人才培养模式是高等教育国际化的必然要求和有效途径。"第二校园经历"为学生提供到国内外其他大学学习交流的机会,能开阔学生视野,增强他们全球意识、开放意识和竞争意识;同时,能够促进国内高校之间、国内和国外高校之间的交流互动,创新人才培养模式,推动本校的教育教学改革。文章通过分析教育国际化的现状,探讨实现"第二校园经历"与人才培养模式创新的有效途径,并就一些新问题提出解决办法。
Promoting the "second campus experience" talent cultivation mode is the inevitable re- quirement and effective way of internationalization of higher education. "Second campus experience" will offer the learning opportunities for students to go to other famous universities at home and a- broad, broaden their horizons, global awareness, opening consciousness and competition conscious- ness and at the same time promote the interactive communication between domestic universities and foreign universities, innovate the mode of talent cultivation, and promote the reform of education and teaching in the university. This paper through the analysis of the status of education internationaliza- tion, probes effective ways to realize the "second campus experience" and the innovation of talent cultivation mode and puts forward solutions to some new problems and new phenomenon.
