平鲷Rhabdosargus sarba(Forskl)幼鱼耗氧率的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Oxygen Consumption of Fry of Flat Bream Rhabdosargus sarba (Forskl)

采用流水呼吸装置研究平鲷的耗氧率。结果表明 :平鲷幼鱼的耗氧量随幼鱼体重的增加而增加 ,耗氧量与体重的关系式为 Y=1.2 62 X0 .80 2 或 Y=0 .560 +0 .772 X。平鲷幼鱼的耗氧率随幼鱼体重的增加而下降 ,耗氧率与体重的关系式为 Y=12 52 .155X-0 .2 0 9或 Y=1355.2 83- 98.0 4 3X.盐度变化对平鲷幼鱼的代谢水平有很大的影响。平鲷幼鱼的代谢水平存在着明暗变化 ,水流越快 。

The oxygen consumption (mg/fish·h -1 ) of fry of flat bream Rhabdosargus sarba in relation to body weight gives a curve line Y=1.262 X 0.802 or a straight line Y=0.560+0.772 X when the oxygen consumption is plotted against the body weight.The oxygen consumption (mg/kg·h -1 ) of fry of this species decreases as the body weight of fry grows from 0.513 g to 5.875 g.It can be expressed by the regression line either Y=1 252.155 X -0.200 or Y=1 355.283-98.043. X .The environment conditions,including water salinity, light and flow cate also influence greatly the oxygen consumption of the fry.
