摘要
差动变压器式位移传感器(LVDT)具有工作可靠性高、输出电压准确度高、线性度好等优点,在伺服系统中得以广泛应用。但传统的设计周期长、成本高,短时间内难以设计出线性度好的传感器。提出使用Maxwell建立传感器模型的方法,利用Maxwell快速改变模型尺寸的优势,对影响传感器性能的补偿线圈绕法进行了仿真。经试验验证,该模型可有效地模拟真实产品,显著地提高实际工程中传感器的设计效率及产品的线性度。
The benefits of LVD.T include high reliability, high accuracy and good linearity, so it has been widely utilized in the servo system. But the traditional design cycle is long and the cost is high, it' s difficult to design the good linearity sensor in a short time. To solve the above problems, a method that how to use Maxwell to establish the sensor model is presented. According to the advantages of changing size quickly by Maxwell, the compensation coil' s windings are simulated which impact the performance of sensor. By the verification of experiment, this modle can effectively simulate the real product. These methods significantly improve the design efficiency and lineaity in the actual project.
