摘要
模拟天然继发感染研究对虾病毒病暴发前期病毒和弧菌的关系。结果显示 ,弧菌先感染再病毒感染组比病毒先感染再弧菌感染组死亡率高、死亡快、生长慢、免疫功能低下。表明弧菌的潜伏感染对病毒的增殖有利 ,而病毒的潜伏感染对弧菌的继发感染没有明显的促进作用。说明病毒性流行病的暴发前期可能是由弧菌先感染 ,使对虾体内环境发生变化而助长病毒感染 。
The interaction of virus and Vibrio alginolyticus in the earlier stage of virus disease of P.chinensis was studied in Aug. of 1995 and Sep. of 1996 through making the prawns infected insidiously, which imitated the natural second infection. The prawns, which were infected insidiously by vibrio at first, died more quickly, grew move slowly and had lower immune potency than those infected by virus before vibrio infected. The results show that insidious infection of vibrio is advantageous to the infection of virus, but it is not clear that insidious infection of virus is favourable for vibrio to infect. So it is possible that virus epidemic disease of prawns should be caused by infection of vibrio, which initiates the physiological changes inside the prawns and faciliates infection of virus. The drop of prawns' immune potency is very important.
