摘要
用新鲜的中华鳖卵提取卵黄粗提物 ,再与兔抗鳖 Ig M抗血清反应 ,琼脂免疫扩散法发现鳖卵黄粗提物可与兔抗鳖 Ig M的抗血清发生免疫沉淀反应 ,且效价可达 1∶ 4 ,表明鳖卵黄中存在着抗体 ,进而用 ELISA法测定到鳖卵黄中抗体的含量只有 2 4 0 .5μg/m L,明显低于血清中抗体的含量。因而认为中华鳖母源抗体可通过卵黄传递给稚鳖 ,使稚鳖在孵化后可获得较弱的被动免疫力以抵抗病原体的感染。
The yolk rude extract obtained from fresh eggs of soft shelled turtle( Trionyx sinensis) had immune precipitation reaction with rabbit anti serum against turtle IgM, and the titer was up to 1∶4. This result indicated that there was antibody in the turtle yolk. Furthermonr the concentration of yolk antibody measured was 240.5 μg/ml by ELISA method, that of which is apparently lower than that of serum antibody. Therefore, it was thought that matemal antibody of the soft shelled turtle might be transferred to young turtle via yolk, and the young turtle might acquire feeble passive immunity in order to prevent infection of pathogen. This founding will have great significance in farrning turtle.
