摘要
以HSLA420高强钢U形结构支撑件为研究对象,在使凸、凹模的间隙、摩擦因数、压边力等因素对其回弹影响最小的基础上,用Dynaform软件对成形及回弹过程进行模拟,研究凸、凹模圆角半径变化时支撑件回弹值的变化。采用单一变量法,分别以不同大小的凸、凹模圆角半径为自变量,相应支撑件两臂之间的回弹值为因变量,作出凸、凹模圆角半径-回弹值的曲线,分析凸、凹模半径变化时回弹值的变化规律,并选择合适的凸、凹模圆角半径使支撑件的回弹值接近零,能够不用整形或仅需一次整形将支撑件的圆角部分调整到符合工艺要求的尺寸,避免多次整形造成圆角处材料过度变薄,造成冲压件出现裂纹等缺陷。
The change of springback values in the variation of main punch fillet radius in a U-type structure support made of HSLA420 high strength steel was researched by using Dy- nafonn software to simulate the forming and springback process during which the main punch clearance, friction coefficient and blank holder force, etc were controlled the least in- fluence on the springback. Based on simple variable method, variable dimensions of main punch fillet radius was taken as independent variable and springback values between two arms of the support as dependent variable to make the main punch fillet radius-springback value curve. The change rules of springback values during the change of main punch radi- us were analyzed. By selecting suitable radius, the springback value of the part is close to zero in which with one or no restriking can the fillet of the stmllping part be adjusted and meet the technological requirements for the dimension. The attenuation of the material around the fillet and crack in the stamping part due to excessive restriking were avoided.
