Analysis of stamping forming defects in the middle part of left longitudinal beam

以左纵梁中段为研究对象,采用有限元软件Autoform对零件进行数值模拟,根据零件的成形特点,分析了左纵梁中段的成形缺陷,并总结了此类成形缺陷的解决方法。

Finite element software Autoform was adopted to simulate the middle part of an automobile left longitudinal beam. The forming defects were analyzed according to the form- ing characteristics of the part; and the general solutions to solve the problems in similar products were summarized.
