摘要 以厚壁支座为研究对象,利用Moldflow对其注射成型过程进行数值模拟,优化其成型工艺。模拟分析结果表明:注射成型厚壁塑件时体积收缩率较大,而通过多组分注射成型工艺可获得较小且均匀的体积收缩。采用正交试验确定各工艺参数对厚壁塑件体积收缩率影响程度的大小,结果表明保压时间为主要因素。试验验证与模拟分析结果一致,可以用于指导同类产品生产。 Numerical simulation was made on the injection moulding process by Moldflow for a thick wall support for the optimization design. The simulation analysis result shows that the volume shrinkage is larger in the injection of plastic thick wall part, while the uni- form and less volume shrinkage is obtained by multi-component injection moulding pro- cess. The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the influence degree of process pa- rameters on the volume shrinkage of the thick wall part which shows that the holding time is the main factor.
