某台9E燃气轮机主雾化空气泵等故障排查与处理

摘要 介绍了某台9E燃气轮机因气封环损坏发生的主雾化空气泵损坏、辅助齿轮箱压力失衡导致箱体内轴承受损等故障现象,通过研究主雾化空气泵、辅助齿轮箱结构及工作原理,对可能的故障原因进行了分析,并给出机组运行及检修中应采取的措施建议,对燃气轮机用户具有参考价值。 The paper introduced the damage of main atomization air pump and pressure imbalance of auxiliary gearbox caused by the damage of gland ring of a 9E gas turbine, which led to the damage of bearing inside the gas turbine and other malfunction phenomenon. The possible malfunction reasons were analyzed, while some research were carried out for atomization air pump, auxiliary gearbox structure and work principles. Solutions were suggested during the operation and maintenance process, which were valuable to gas turbine users.
