摘要
通过多台小功率的三桥全桥逆变器的并联是实现变频器大容量输出的有效方式。通过并联可实现电力电子变换装置的模块化,易维修,N+1冗余,可靠性及系列化。由于IGBT器件本身参数、驱动回路参数、散热装置参数的差异,导致IGBT并联时电流不均衡。本文分析了带输出电抗器均流的三相三相全桥逆变器的并联均流特性,设计了输出电抗器参数,给出了仿真和试验结果,试验结果表明了对并联特性分析的合理性及有效性。
Realization of high power motor drives using parallel-connected voltage source inverters rated at smaller power levels would be highly desirable. Paralleling has many benifits such as modularity, ease of maintenance, N+ 1 redundancy, high reliability, productivity etc. Due to the parameters deviaiton of lGBT valve, driver circuit, heatsink, a current disbalance between paralling IGBT is produced. This paper presents an approach to such realization using output reactor to balance the paralleling branch currents, the calculation of reactor is deduced, and simulations and experimental results show that the analysis of charactristics of the paralleling inverters is valid and effective.
