摘要
分析了当前高校图书馆读者服务工作现状,以阅览室服务为中心,详细论述了读者服务工作中的各项内容。数字时代的迅速发展给当前图书馆服务带来新的变革,图书馆人在应对新的服务模式上要采取新的服务手段。web2.0环境下,微博热引起社会的广泛关注,其不受时空限制、共同参与的服务理念被越来越多的高校图书馆所重视,如何利用微博平台,拓展高校图书馆为读者服务的新领域,是当前高校图书馆正在研究和实践的重要话题。
This paper analyzes the current status of work the reader services work in university libraries, discusses its work content in detail with the reading room service as the center. The rapid development of the digital age brings new changes to the current library service, so librarians should adopt the new service in dealing with the new service model. Under the environment of Web 2.0, Web hot has caused the attention of the society, without time and space limitations, more and more university libraries have attached importance to its cooperating concept. Currently, it is an important topic for the research and practice in university libraries as how to use the web platform and expand the service for readers in new areas.
