将我国企业战略制定行为的历史划分为 3个阶段 ,对当前存在的 5种不合理的战略制定行为进行了分析 ,对行为重塑提出了 3点建议 :战略决策者需要对战略思维框架进行审视 ,建立正式的战略制定关系 。

The strategic formulating behavior has changed a great deal since the economic reform in China, however it can't meet the demand of the firm to survive and prosper yet. In this paper, the history of the strategic formulating behavior is divided into three phases. Five kinds of reasonless behavior are analyzed. Three suggestions are put forward.
