摘要 针对车辆变速器故障诊断复杂且不准确的问题,提出利用贝叶斯网络(Bayes nets)诊断车辆变速器故障的方法。选取一汽大众迈腾自动变速器1.4T为例,建立该车型自动变速器故障信息的贝叶斯诊断网络,并探讨当该系统某一部件出现故障时,利用Hugin Expert软件计算不同故障现象出现的概率。应用表明,贝叶斯诊断网络能够有效诊断车辆变速器故障,节省诊断时间。 Aiming at the intricacy and inaccuracy in malfunction diagnosis of automobile gearboxes, the article develops a method of using Bayes nets to diagnose the malfunctions with the automobile gearboxes. Selecting FAW-Volkswagen Magotan 1.4T auto transmission as a case study, we develop Bayes nets for auto transmission malfunctions information of the model, and use Hugin Expert to calculate the occurrence rate of different mal- functions when probing malfunctions occurring in a particular part in the system. The result shows that Bayes nets can effectively diagnose malfunctions of auto transmission, saving the time for diagnosis.
