To strengthen social construction is an important task that our party and state proposed in recent years. As a traditional agricultural country, rural social construction in China is an important part of the whole social construction. Nowadays, the first priority in rural social construction is to develop rural economy and increase peasants＇ income, which is also the driving force to push forward the social construction in rural areas. In addition, government should pay attention to develop rural education, improve the rural grassroots democracy and strengthen the rural social security system.
