摘要
为完成核电站控制室吊装任务,使其顺利安装在预制基础所限定的狭窄空间内,将焊接H型钢吊装平衡梁优化为汉字"王"型钢截面梁,增强了吊装平衡梁的抗弯变形能力,利用有限元法对平衡梁进行强度、刚度及稳定性分析,结果表明:风载荷引起控制室吊装的垂向偏角为0.2°,其水平分力可以忽略不计;吊装平衡梁卸扣轴为受力最大处,小于选用材料的屈服强度;平衡梁最大位移变形发生在两端,三阶失稳状态发生在下翼缘,其刚度位移和构件抗失稳性均满足设计要求.
For the smooth completion of a nuclear power station control room lifting task in a narrow space,weld H beam hoisting balance beam is optimized for the shape of Chinese character “王” to enhance flexural deformation capacity of the lifting balance beam,and the finite element method is used to analyze strength,stiffness and stability of the balance beam.The resultes show that the vertical lifting declination of the control room is 0.2° caused by wind load,and its horizontal component is negligible.The maximum stress occurrs at shackle shafts of the hoisting balance beam that is less than the yield strength of the choosing material.The maximum deformation displacement occurrs at the ends of the balance beam,and three order unstable state occurrs in the lower flange,while the stiffness and stability of the component meet the design requirements.
