摘要
根据液体阻抗测量的特点,设计了一种宽频带液体阻抗谱测量系统。系统主要由前端探头、前置放大电路、主测量电路、通讯、显示与控制部分组成。四电极结构的探头与前置放大电路结合,可大幅降低电极极化干扰;MSP430F425单片机用于控制系统各部分,并计算阻抗。测量数据经过校正以降低误差。实验表明,该装置可用于测量1kHz^20MHz范围内多种液体介质的阻抗谱,具有很强的应用价值。
Based on the characteristics of liquid impedance measurement, a measuring system for wide band spectrum is introduced. The system consists of several parts including a front probe, a front amplifier board, a main measuring board, a communication unit and a display unit. A four electrode structure of the front probe combined with a front amplifier significantly reduces interference of electrode polarization. A microcontroller(MCU) MSP430F425 is used to control the system and calculate impedance. The measured data is corrected to reduce error. Experiment shows that the system can be used to measure liquid impedance spectrum in a frequency range of 1 kHz-20 MHz. It has wide applications.
