摘要
以某仪表企业为例,通过运用李克特量表对搜集到的数据进行量化,再用客户满意度指数法计算客户满意度分值,找到影响因素,为提高企业的客户满意度提供借鉴。
In this article, an instrument company in Shanghai is studied. Liker scale is applied to quantify the collected data. To help improve the company's customer satisfaction, a customer satisfaction index method is used to calculate the scores and find influencing factors.
