摘要
在数控机床进行加工椭圆、抛物线、双曲线等公式曲线的数控程序编制与加工,可采用宏程序。使用变量、算数和逻辑运算及条件转移,使得编制相同的程序更方便、简洁,同时尺寸及形位公差控制更加容易。研究了基于椭圆配合件的数控加工工艺方案设计及数控宏程序编制,有效地利用工艺方案实施配合件的配合精度控制的方法。
