从我国智慧城市申报情况和申报国家智慧城市主体和应具备的条件入手,分析了国家智慧城市(区、镇)试点指标体系要求和要完成这些指标体系所涉及到的部门,借鉴专家看法和兄弟省市的经验,指出了建设智慧城市应注意的一些事项,对申报国家智慧城市提出了一些建议,坚信智慧城市的建设,必将会让新老城镇居民生活得更加美好。
