机械不同步评价临床心脏再同步化治疗的进展

摘要
心脏再同步化治疗(cardiacresynchronizationtherapy,CRT)对于恶性心力衰竭、明显左心室收缩功能不全、宽QRS波群心电图的患者是一种有效的治疗方法。大量样本多中心的研究表明,CRT能够改善心力衰竭的症状、运动能力、左心室大小和收缩功能,有效降低住院率和死亡率[1]。
