脑淀粉样血管病研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 脑淀粉样血管病变（cerebralamyloidangiopathy，CAA）是一种老年人中常见的颅内微血管病变，主要病理特征是以淀粉样物质p淀粉样蛋白（amyloid β-protein，Aβ）在大脑皮层及皮层下，软脑膜中及小血管的中外膜沉积[1-2]。
