造口旁疝的病因及其预防 被引量：11

摘要 造口旁疝是肠造口术后常见的并发症之一，其发生率接近50％。影像技术的应用使造口旁疝的诊断更为明确，发生率可高达78％。患者一般在术后第一年内就有较高的发病率，并随着随访时间延长而增高。造口旁疝的形成，会影响造口袋的密封性，患者经常会出现腹痛、腹胀等不全梗阻症状，影响生活质量，甚至会出现疝的嵌顿、绞窄等需紧急手术的严重并发症。
