摘要
0.1— 0 .2 5mol.L- 1Na Cl处理的薏苡种子萌发率明显受抑制 ,根长和芽长降低 ;而 1 %~ 3% H2 O2 处理的种子 ,萌发时间缩短 ,萌发率比对照高。不同浓度 H2 O2 处理的种子 ,根长和芽长与对照相差不大。同时经 0 .1 mol.L- 1Na Cl浸泡后的种子萌发成幼苗在干旱和低温胁迫下叶片积累蛋白质和游离脯氨酸 。
Germination of Jobstears seed suffer clear restrain in 0 1—0 25mol L -1 NaCl treatment.Root lengths and shoot lengths reduce.Germinate time of seed in 1-3% H 2O 2 treatment reduce.Germination is more high than contrast.Seed is treatmented in different concentration H 2O 2,their root lengths and shoot lengths is not differ than contrast.Then the seed in 0 1mol L -1 NaCl soaking germinated seedling.Leaves accumulated proteins and free proline under drought conditon and cold treatment.Resist is high.
