摘要
薏苡幼苗三叶时取下分别置于干旱及低温条件下测定叶片的电导率、脯氨酸含量及蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明 :薏苡叶片在干旱和低温胁迫下电导率、脯氨酸和蛋白质含量均上升 。
Three leaves of Jobstears Seedling gain and lay up part on drought condition and cold treatment.Conductance rate、proteins and free proline content of Leaves determined is changed.The result shows:Conductance rate、proteins and free proline content of leaves in Jobstears all rise on drought condition and cold treatment.Adversity-resistance of seedling enhance.
