盐胁迫下马铃薯脱毒苗生物产量及Vc含量的变化

The difference in biological yields and Vc content of potato virus free plantlets under sodium stress

采用高效液相色谱 ( HPL C)测定经 Na C1胁迫后马铃薯脱毒试管苗 Vc的含量。结果表明 ,盐胁迫的脱毒苗植株其内部 Vc含量 ( 4 .2 4 8mg/ 10 0 g鲜重 )是对照液体 MS培养基生长下 Vc含量 ( 1.368mg/ 10 0 g鲜重 )的 3.10倍。然而 ,未经处理的脱毒苗生物产量 ( 0 .2 2 1g/株 )是盐处理 ( 0 .12 51g/株 )的 1.767倍 。

HPLC was used to detect the content of Vc for potato virus free plantlets under sodium chloride.The results showed that the contents of Vc for virus free plantlets under salt stress(4 28 mg/100g fresh weight)was 3 1 times those of the CK(1 368 mg/100g fresh weight).However,the biological yields per plantlets for CK(0 221 g/plantlet)was 1 767 times those of the treatment by salt.$$$$
