我国高新技术企业研发困局及其破解对策研究

The R&D Dilemma In China' High-tech Enterprises and the Countermeasures

我国高新企业是推动国家科技进步与经济增长的重要力量。本文通过对我国高新技术企业的了解和对有关数据的分析发现,我国高新技术企业发展较快,发展基础较好。研究同时发现,我国高新技术企业研发制约因素较多,研发存在一定的困局。为此,培养研发人才,重视研发团队建设,创新研发管理体制,加强研发战略规划,充实产学研一体化内涵和优化研发成果转化机制应是破解困局之策。

In China, high-tech enterprises play important roles in pushing forward the progress of science and technology as well as economic growth. After the investigation, this paper found that China＇s High-tech enterprises develop fast with solid foundation, but still have dilemma in R＆D activities. It suggests to cultivate R＆D talents, build up team lead, reform R＆D management system, re- inforce R＆D strategy planning, enrich the contents of ＂Production-Institute-Research＂ system and reform the mechanism of R＆D output transformation.
