Six fowl breeds were used to investigate the polymorphisms of Alkline Phosphatase by means of polyacrylamide geleltrophoresis. We detected thirteen areas and counted frequency of phenotype,genetype and gene for seven areas. AKP was scored fast and slow bands,fast bands belonged to Abor Acres and ISA Brown.$$$$
