摘要
从经济与技术两方面的根本性变化阐明了中国农业现代化建设已进入一个新阶段 ,分析了中国农业现代化建设进入新阶段后出现的体制、结构、入世、投资、“出路”等方面的问题 ,提出了解决这些问题的基本对策。
The paper proposed that in China the construction of agricultural modernization has stepped in a new stage in view of the radical changes of economy and technology. Then, many problems in the new stage such as system, structure, the entry in WTO ,investment, outlet,etc.are analyzed in this paper. Finally, the basic solutions to these problems are put forward as well.
