摘要
根据大田微区试验初步结果 ,采用土培及液培试验进一步探寻不同苎麻基因型的吸钾能力及其与苎麻根系形态、根系生理等的关系 ,揭示苎麻钾营养基因型差异的机制。结果表明 :吸钾能力强的基因型具有的特点是根量多 ,特别是细根多 ;根系总吸收面积及活跃吸收面积大 ;根系的吸收容量阳离子交换量 CEC较高 ;钾吸收动力学最大吸钾速率 Vmax较高 ,而米氏常数
The relationship between potassium absorption and root parameters in root morphology and physiology among various genotypes of ramie (Boehmeria nivea L ) were studied by soil pot culture and solution culture. The results showed that ramie genotypes with higher K absorption capacity had characters such as heavier root dry weight, especially the thin roots, larger total root area and active area for mineral absorption, larger root cation exchange capacity (CEC), larger V max and lower K m in K uptake kinetics.
