摘要
目的:旨在探讨婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)急性期与恢复期免疫功能及炎症因子变化及其临床意义。方法:选取MPP急性期患儿60例为研究对象及同期30例健康儿童为对照组,抽血以免疫散射比浊法检测免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)及补体C3、C4,ELISA法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)。结果:MPP急性期患儿IgM、C3较恢复期患儿及对照组均升高(P<0.05),MPP恢复期患儿IgG较急性期及对照组升高(P<0.05);MPP急性期及恢复期患儿IgA均较对照组下降(P<0.05),MPP急性期及恢复期患儿C4均较对照组升高(P<0.05),急性期高于恢复期(P<0.05);MPP急性期患儿TNF-α、IL-10、IL-13较恢复期患儿及对照组均升高(P<0.05),MPP恢复期较对照组升高(P<0.05),MPP急性期患儿IL-8较恢复期及对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿MPP感染急性期及恢复期患儿免疫功能均存在紊乱及炎症因子表达异常,提示免疫调节失控及机体炎症反应变化明显。
Objective: To explore the changes of immune function and inflammation factors of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) infants in acute and recovery stage and its clinical significance. Methods: 60 MPP infants were selected as observations and 30 healthy infants were selected as controls. Immunoglobulins including IgM, IgG and IgA, complement (C3) , CA were measured by immune nephelometry, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) - α, interleukin - 8 ( IL - 8 ), IL - 10, IL - 13 were detected by ELISA. Results: IgM, C3 levels of MPP infants in acute stage were higher that those of controls ( P 〈 0.05 ) . IgG of MPP infant in recovery stage was higher than that of in acute stage and control ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . IgA of MPP infant in acute and recovery stage was lower than that of control ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . C4 of MPP infant in acute and recovery stage was higher than that of control ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . C4 of MPP infant in acute stage was higher than that of recovery stage ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . TNF - α, IL - 10, IL - 13 of MPP infant in acute stage were higher than those of infants in recovery stage and control ( P 〈 0. 05 ), above indexes of MPP infant in recovery stage were higher than those of control ( P 〈 0.05 ) . IL - 8 of MPP infant in acute stage was higher than that of infants in recovery stage and controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: There are Immune dysfunction and inflammation factors abnormal expression in MMP infants in acute and recovery stage, which indicate that immune regulation is out of control and inflammation reaction change is obvious.
