叶酸与相关因素的交互作用对宫颈癌的影响 被引量:6

Effect of folate and its possible interactions with relevant factors on cervical cancer

摘要 目的:探讨叶酸、被动吸烟、饮茶的交互作用对宫颈癌的影响。方法:采用以医院为基础的流行病学病例一对照研究方法,收集福建省6家三甲医院2007年7月~2008年12月份经过病理确诊且尚未治疗过的CINIII以及宫颈癌病例165例和同期就诊其他妇科患者248例进行流行病学问卷调查,并收集所有研究对象血样,检测血浆中叶酸水平。采用非条件Logistic回归分析宫颈癌相关暴露因素的OR值及其95%的可信区间,交互作用采用叉生分析。结果:叶酸(OR=0.553,95%CI:0.306.0.998)、饮茶(OR=0.233,95%CI:0.126—0.432)是宫颈癌可能的保护因素;被动吸烟(OR=3.908,95%CI:2.205~6.924)可能是宫颈癌发生的危险因素。血清叶酸与被动吸烟、饮茶之间存在交互作用。结论:血清叶酸高水平状态可能降低被动吸烟者患宫颈癌的患病危险。饮茶可以增加叶酸对宫颈癌的保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of folate and its possible interactions with relevant factors on cervical cancer. Methods: A hospital based case - control study was conducted in Fujian Provincial from July 2007 to December 2008, among the patients collected in six hospital, 165 patients were diagnosed as cervical cancer, including CIN III, and 248 patients were selected into the control group. All patients had not been cured before. The questionnaire was used to investigate them about relevant factors. Serum folate was measured by radiobinding assay to evalulate the possible effects of folate on cervical cancer. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 13.5. Results: High folate status (OR =0. 553, 95% CI: 0. 306 -0. 998 ) and the habit of drinking tea (OR =0. 233, 95% CI: 0. 126 - 0. 432 ) might be protective factors for cervical cancer; Passive smoking ( OR =3. 908, 95% CI: 2. 205 -6. 924) was the risk factors. Serum folate and passive smoking, drinking tea showed a significant interaction in the development of cervical cancer. Conclusion: High folate status can reduce the risk of cervical cancer in female passive smoker. Drinking tea can strengthen the protection between folate and cervical cancer.
