宫颈癌超声诊断与MMP-1蛋白表达的相关性 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈癌的形态结构和血流动力学特点,分析宫颈癌的超声表现与膜型Ⅰ型金属蛋白酶(MMP-14)表达的相关性及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在预测宫颈癌浸润中的价值。方法:对45例临床确诊为宫颈癌的患者术前行经彩超检查,观察肿瘤的形态结构、血流信号分布及多普勒血流特征,对术后的肿瘤组织切片应用免疫组化SABC法检测MMP-14蛋白的表达,分析超声表现与MMP-14蛋白表达之间的相关性。结果:超声表现为宫颈不同程度增宽,宫颈一侧甚至整个宫颈内部见大小不等的低回声或等回声占位,肿块边界不清;肿瘤内血流信号丰富,且以低阻力的动脉血流为主;宫颈内占位与MMP-14蛋白表达有相关性(P<0.05),肿瘤大小与MMP-14蛋白表达无明显相关性(P>0.05);CDFI血流信号丰富与MMP-14蛋白强表达有相关性;血流阻力指数(RI)与MMP-14蛋白强表达无相关性;宫颈血流丰富与否与淋巴结有无转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒对宫颈癌的诊断有一定的意义,MMP-14蛋白的检测对宫颈癌的浸润、转移有一定的预测价值,宫颈癌部分声像特征与MMP-14蛋白表达存在相关性。
