摘要
为满足钢结构快速绿色施工的需要,设计了一种新型H形截面钢柱拼接节点,即钢柱预压抗弯型节点。为研究此节点的受力性能,设计了3个足尺试件,对其进行低周往复加载试验,分析节点破坏模式、应力分布规律及对H形截面钢柱承载能力和刚度的影响。试验结果表明:柱拼接处翼缘首先发生屈曲变形,但对高强度螺栓施加的高预拉力使得柱仍然有较强的承载能力;节点处加劲肋对法兰板加劲效果明显,应力始终保持较低值,未发生屈曲变形;节点滞回曲线显示拼接柱水平位移较小,柱在节点处能量消耗小,保证了被连接构件刚度的连续性;节点区的剪切变形角最大为0.002 3 rad,变形较小。研究表明此节点是一种性能优良的H形截面钢柱拼接节点。
In order to facilitate the rapid construction of steel, a new type of splice joint, named preloaded moment- resistant joint, was developed for splice H-shape steel column. In this paper, reversed cyclic loading tests were conducted on three specimens, to investigate its failure mode, internal force continuity and stress distribution characteristics, as well as influencing factors of load-bearing capacity and rigidity of column. The experimental resuhs indicate that the buckling deformation appears in the flange of the column, the high pretension exerted on high-strength bolts keeps the column sustaining larger bearing capacity. The stiffeners of the joint play an important role to support the flange, with low stress and no buckling deformation. The hysteretic curves demonstrate the small lateral sway and little energy dissipation of column. The maximum shear deformation angle of joint zone is 0. 002 3 rad, ensuring the rigidity continuity and load bearing eapacity of column. The results demonstrate the joint has good seismic performance.
