摘要
建立了一次性纸杯中双酚A的高效液相色谱检测方法并根据国家标准和欧盟有关模拟物规定的指令,研究了一次性纸杯中双酚A在不同模拟物中的迁移规律。考察了纸杯中双酚A对内向食物迁移的规律及其对外向人体迁移的规律,并对浸泡时间、温度、不同模拟物条件下的双酚A的迁移进行了研究。使用高效液相色谱荧光检测双酚A,检出限为10μg/kg,双酚A的线性范围为0.05~50 mg/kg;加标回收率为88%~95%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~3.8%。
Bisphenol A that exists in paper cups has the effect of estrogen. It interferes with the normal endocrine function of humans and animals. Toxicological studies indicated that bisphenol A could alter the genetic informa- tion of certain genes, leading to cell distortion to produce tumors, carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic toxic- In order to explore the migration of bisphenol A in paper cups, in this work a method for the determination of instructions about food stimulants,the migration of biphen^l A in the paper cups was explores, not only the migration of biphenol A from cups to food was investigated, but also the migration of biphenol A from the paper cups to people was The samples were soaked in food stimulants. Effects of soaking time, soaking temperature and different the paper studied. food sim- ulants on migration of bisphenol A were studied. The detection limits was 10 tLg/kg, and linearity range was 0. 05 ~50 mg/kg. Recoveries ranged from 88% to 95% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were from 2. 7% to 3.8%. The developed method can fulfill the requirement of the migration of biphenol A in the paper cups.
