新型氨基甲酸酯农残生物传感器制备及检测性能分析 被引量:11

Preparation of a novel carbamate biosensor and analysis its detection performance for analysis of pesticide residues

摘要 采用自组装法制备多层乙酰胆碱酯酶/壳聚糖/碳纳米管(AChE/CS/F.CNTs/GCE)生物传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)表征传感器并考察其检测氨基甲酸酯农药性能。成功制备了新型氨基甲酸酯ACHE/CS/F.CNTs/GCE生物传感器,新型传感器对氨基甲酸酯农药具有良好的响应。典型氨基甲酸酯类农药2-(1-甲基乙基)苯基甲基氨基甲酸酯在2.00×10^-9~2.00×10^-7g/L内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限达到5.41×10^-9g/L。新型传感器适用于氨基甲酸酯农药残留检测。 A new multilayer acetylcholinesterase/ chitosan / carbon nanotubes / glassy carbon electrode (AChE/CS/F-CNTs/GCE) biosensor was prepared by means of self-assembly. It was characterized by cyclic vohammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and the detection performance of carbamate pesticides was investigated. The results showed that the AChE/CS/F- CNTs/GCE biosensor was successful prepared and it had good response. Based on the novel biosensor, the de- tection method was established, it was a quick and easy detection method with wide linear range and high sensi- tivity. The biosensor displayed an excellent electrocatalytical response for detection of isoprocarb and the linear range was 2. 00 ×10^-9-2. 00 ×10^-7g/L, with a correlation coefficient of O. 9830, and the detection limit was 5.41 ×10^-9g/L. The biosensor could be applicable to detection of carbamate pesticide residues.
