摘要 采用熔融挤出法制备了聚酰胺6/氯化钙/纳米二氧化硅(PA6/CaCl2/nano-SiO2)复合材料,研究了nano-SiO2用量对低熔点PA6结晶熔融行为及性能的影响。结果表明:nano-SiO2的加入会破坏体系中Ca2+与酰胺基团的络合配位作用。另外,由于nano-SiO2表面活性非常高,当其用量较低时可在基体中作为成核剂,增加PA6的成核点,提高成核率,而过量的nano-SiO2则会发生团聚,不利于分散。其中,当nano-SiO2用量为0.5phr时,能有效提高复合材料的冲击性能、维卡软化温度以及熔体流动速率(MFR)。 The research focused on the effect of nano-SiO2 contents on the crystallization process and the properties of the polyamide 6 (PA6)lCaCI21nano-SiO2 composites which were prepared through melting extrusion. The results show that the coordination of Ca* and amide groups is undermined by nano-SiO2; on the other hand, nano-SiO2 can act as a nucleation agent and increase the nucleation site and nucleation rate of PA6 because of its high surface activity, but the overdose of nano-SiO2 will lead to the gathering, this will not be good for the dispersion of nano-SiO2. When the content of nano-SiO2 is 0.5 phr, the notch impact strength, vicat softening point and melt flow rate (MFR) of PA6/CaCl2/nano-SiO2 can increase obviously.
