以苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH)为相容剂制备了回收高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(HIPS)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)的共混物。利用熔体质量流动速率试验机和毛细管流变仪分析研究了该HIPS/ABS/SEBS-g-MAH共混物的流变行为。结果表明:在测试温度、应力条件下,该HIPS/ABS/SEBS-g-MAH共混物均为假塑性流体;随着相容剂SEBS-g-MAH用量的增加,共混物的非牛顿指数和黏流活化能均先增大后减小,且在相容剂SEBS-g-MAH用量为15 phr时达到最大值。
Blends of recycled high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) were prepared with maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene-butadiene- styrene (SEBS-g-MAH) as the compatibilizer. The rheological property of the HIPS/ABS/SEBS- g-MAH blends was measured and analysed by means of melt flow rate testing machine and capillary rheometer. The results show that the HIPS/ABS/SEBS-g-MAH blends are pseudoplastic fluids under the test temperature and stress. The non-Newtonian and flow activiation energy first increases and then decreases with the increasing SEBS-g-MAH content, and reach the maximum value when the SEBS-g-MAH content is 15 phr.
