包覆阿维菌素的PBS微胶囊降解率影响因素的研究

摘要 研究了包覆阿维菌素的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯微胶囊(PBS-B1a微胶囊)在不同条件(如pH值、光源和温度)下的生物降解性能,并探讨了镶嵌了该PBS-B1a微胶囊的聚ε-己内酯(PCL)复合膜的力学性能、热性能和降解率的变化。结果表明:阿维菌素B1a在酸、碱及55℃条件下均能促进PBS囊壁的降解,而在自然光和无光条件下则阻碍其降解;PBS-B1a微胶囊的添加降低了PCL复合膜的力学性能,而对其热性能及降解率的影响较小。 The influence factors of biodegradation rate for poly(butylene succinate) microcapsules containing abamectin (PBS-Bla) under different conditions such as pH value, light and temperature were investigated, and the mechanical properties, thermal properties and degradation rate of poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) film encrusted with PBS-Bla microcapsules were discussed as well. The results show that abamectin (Bla) can promote the degradation rate of PBS microcapsules in acid, alkali and under the condition of 55℃, but hinder the degradation rate under natural light and no light conditions. Moreover, the addition of PBS-Bla microcapsules reduces the mechanical properties of the PCL composite membrane, and has less effect on its thermal properties and degradation rate.
