摘要
针对柠条进行平茬复壮、抚育收获时存在的生产效率低、劳动强度大的问题,设计了采用电机驱动的切割装置。该装置具有3个刀盘,通过锥齿轮换向,由直齿轮传动带动圆锯片切割,随后靠导向装置将割断的柠条推送至机组外侧,方便进行柠条的采收、扶持和归堆。利用ANSYS软件对切割装置主要受力部件进行了有限元分析,结果表明各项性能符合要求,具有一定的应用价值。
For the probloms of low production efficiency and great labor intensity in stumping and rejuvenating and tend- ing harvest of Caragana microphyllo, a mutor-driven cutting device was designed. The cutting device had three cutter head,through the bevel gear commutation, driven circular saw cutting Caragana microphylla by a straightgear. In order to support and bunch Caragana microph.vlla easy,then pushed Caragana microphylla to the outside by guiding device, The major force components of the cutting device was analysed by ANSYS software, results showed that every performance meet the requirements, and had certain application value.
