摘要
针对新疆地区加工番茄种植面积的逐年增加及铺膜技术和育苗移栽技术越来越广泛的应用,提出了先移栽再铺膜的新种植模式,以提高加工番茄铺膜、移栽综合作业效率。利用Solidworks三维软件设计了应用于新种植模式的移栽后铺膜机,对整机结构、关键部件和参数进行了设计,并阐述了整机工作原理,对适用于移栽后铺膜机的地膜提出了形状要求。
In xinjiang region processing tomato planting area has been increased year by year, the technology of Mulching film and seedling transplanting is more and more widely used. In order to improve comprehensive operation efficiency of the processing tomato transplanting and mulching film, putting forward a new planting mode : transplanting first , mulching film then. Using Solidworks 3D software design a new kind of mulching film machine which can be applied to the new planting mode. Designing the structure of the Mulching film machine, key parts, and parameters, expounding the princi-ple of the Mulching film machine. And putting forward some special requirements to film.
